Rede Hus

The smallest house in the Heveske portfolio at 86.4 m2, the Rede Hus is intended to provide customers with a fashionable contemporary two bedroom starter home. The layout is deliberately simplistic with both floors consisting of a room front and back separated by a service core which accommodates the down stairs WC and a galley kitchen at ground floor and the bathroom, landing and storage space at first floor level. Like all Heveske houses the layout can accommodate subtle changes to meet client need and the house can be finished externally in a choice of different external finishes depending on customer choice and the locality and context.

This 2 bedroom house includes a downstairs w.c, kitchen / diner and separate living room, with main bathroom at first floor levels. Options for adding an en-suite to the specification, or conversion of the loft space to provide additional living space.

Gross Internal Floor Area = 84 m2. (UK Average 69 sq.m.)

Honse Hus

The Hønse Hus (Roost House) is the first in the Heveske family of houses, and establishes the principles that underpin all Heveske Houses. These include generous floor area, flexibility in terms of both internal layout and external finish, as well as exemplary environmental performance. The Hønse Hus possesses the appearance of an archetypal house and can be arranged as a single detached house or row of terraces. The Hønse Hus can be adapted according to customer preference or site constraints, with the customer having the option of orienting the kitchen at the front or rear of the house.

This 3 bedroom house includes a downstairs w.c, kitchen / diner, separate living room and utility / laundry room, with main bathroom at first floor level. Options for adding an en-suite to the specification, or conversion of the loft space to provide additional living space.

Hi Hus

The Hi Hus (Den House), slightly larger than the Hønse Hus, the Hi Hus at 119m2 is slightly wider and therefore it is envisaged that this house type is more suitable for sites where it is intended to provide customers with a single detached house or potentially a pair of semi-detached dwellings. Like the Rede Hus and the Hønse Hus, the Hi Hus affords the customer a degree of flexibility, particularly at ground floor where the location of the kitchen and the living room can be exchanged depending upon customer preference and site context. The Hi Hus also contains a generous amount of storage space. Care has been taken in response to address criticism of modern housing that modern day houses are devoid of ‘character’. The layout of the Hi Hus seeks to address this through a more sculptural approach to the circulation areas and the adoption of features such as in-built shelves and cupboards.

This 3 bedroom house includes a downstairs w.c, kitchen / diner, separate living room and utility / laundry room, with main bathroom at first floor level. Options for adding an en-suite to the specification, or conversion of the loft space to provide additional living space.

Gross Internal Floor Area = 136 m2. (UK Average 92 sq.m.)

Bikube Hus

The Bikube Hus (Hive House), provides flexible living accommodation above a generous garage in Heveske’s take on the mews house. The relatively small floor plate at ground floor level accommodates the main entrance hall, shower room and vertical circulation space in addition to the garage. This compact ground floor layout is contrasted on the first floor with generous open plan living. Like the Sky Hus, the Bikube Hus makes good use of its elevated upper floors which provide customers with a light and airy interior with large picture windows at either end of the open plan floor space.

Flexible living space, and advantage of garage.

Sky Hus

The Sky Hus (Cloud House) allows customers the opportunity to utilise the Heveske principles of rapid assembly, generous space standards and exceptional environmental performance in higher density contexts.

This is also ideal for sites with steep gradients and level changes. The Sky Hus is a combination of two duplex dwellings, which provide residents with generous bedrooms. The open plan arrangement of the Sky Hus’ upper floor affords customers through aspect between the front and rear of the house. In upper floors this provides the units with a light and airy interior elevated above street level.

Access is gained to both dwellings via a shared entrance at the rear of the lower dwelling. The upper dwelling like many of the Heveske house types affords the owner the possibility of extending into the roof space.
